Paws for a Cause is an annually occurring 5 kilometer fun run, organized by nursing students to raise money to help meet the needs of underserved populations. In 2012, Paws for a Cause has elected to donate the proceeds to purchase new shoes for needy children. The fun run is open to the public, and all registrants will receive a t-shirt.
