The Monster Match is a Halloween-themed five mile run and one mile fun run on Pepper Creek Trail and the surrounding community in West Temple, TX. Costumes are encouraged for both the five and one mile events.
Awards will be given for the 5 mile run only in the following categories (no duplication of awards)
* overall masters male and female
* overall best 1st, 2nd, 3rd place male and female
* Age Groups award to 1st 2nd & 3rd place male and female
Costume Contest – 4:15 with awards for the funniest, scariest, prettiest, best team costume (3 or more people- can be dressed alike or all in a certain theme).
Price: 5 Mile = $35 preregistration; $40 day of race registration
1 mile = $10 preregistration; $15 day of race registration
This event benefits the Scott & White Marrow Donor Program, entrusted by the National Marrow Donor Program to operate the Be The Match Registry in the Central Texas area. Proceeds from this event will enable more people to join the registry which could help save lives of patients needing transplants throughout the world.
